Video can be downloaded from the NVR unit itself, to a USB stick or storage drive up to 1Tb in size, FAT32 formatted. You can also download video to the Concord Connect App on your phone.
You will need to connect the USB storage to one of the rear USB ports on the Concord box, and have a screen (or TV) and mouse connected to the Concord box.
Right click the mouse, choose Playback from the menu.
Type your password, and press Log in - if you saved it, just click Log in
If you do not know your password, you can reset it.
The Playback screen appears.
Select the date you want to work with from the calendar on the top-right.
Select the camera you want to view recordings from below it.
The coloured bar on the bottom will show if there is video recorded on that date, with orange sections where events were recorded. Use this to browse your recordings and locate the time period you are interested in.
Press the Export Video button on the bottom right.
Press the Search button on the right to find all the video recordings for that date.
Select the recordings you want to export with the dot on the left - you can select multiple recordings, and use the Page button on the bottom if there are many.
Press the Export button on the bottom right when you have selected all the recordings you want.
The screen will indicate when it has completed copying the recordings to your USB storage.
