You can reset your Concord security system back to factory defaults, in the event that the unit is not working correctly - this may be caused by power disconnects or surges. This will not delete any video from your hard drive.
How to reset your system
On the Concord's screen, right click the mouse, choose System Setup from the menu.
Type your password, and press Log in - if you saved it, just click Log in.
If you do not know your password, you can reset it.
Choose Reset from the bottom left.
Click Factory Reset
Click Continue
The system will reset - this takes 1-2 minutes. The start-up wizard will appear once this has completed.
