Run through the steps below before you mount the camera
Locate the power socket under the white flap at the bottom of the battery/wall mount.
Charge the camera from a Type-C USB source or its solar panel.
Roll the camera ball to expose the black rubber flap, and pry it up.
Remove the factory test SIM card by pressing it in slightly, so it can eject.
Insert a Telstra / Optus / Vodafone SIM oriented as shown below.
Make sure the SIM card "clicks" in.
Insert a MicroSD card into the camera if you want local storage of video.
Close the rubber flap, and make sure it is flush with the camera surface.
Locate the power switch under the white flap on the bottom of the battery housing.
Push the switch to the left to power-on the camera.
The camera should speak: "Network connecting" and then "4G connected".
(If it does not say "4G connected", test the SIM card in a phone to make sure it works)
Open the Concord Connect App.
In the App, press the + symbol on the top right.
Allow any permissions it may request via popups.
The camera may popup a notification if it is auto-detected - press the Add button if it does this.
If no camera is detected, press the Scan to add button at the bottom of the page, and use your phone camera to scan the QR code sticker stuck underneath the pendant arm.
Click through the screens until the camera is connected.
You can name the camera on the last step.
To use SIMs from telcos other than Telstra, Optus or Vodafone, you will need to add the camera in the App and when it fails to connect, it will offer the option that allows you to manually input the APN for your telco - you'll need to ask your Telco what their APN is for devices that use data. You'll also need to be close to the camera to do this.
Error message: camera is bound
If the camera has been connected to another account previously, you can press the reset button (RST) next to the SIM slot for 10 seconds to Factory-Reset it, and it can then be linked to a new account via the steps above.
