The cameras used with Concord Surveillance V4 systems have a built-in microphone, so you can listen to the camera audio on-demand via the Concord Connect phone App. The system needs to be connected to the internet and paired with the App.
The cameras do not have speakers, so you can not have a two-way conversation with anyone remotely via the cameras.
How to hear the audio from the camera microphone
Open the App, select your system, press the camera you want to work with, and then press the speaker icon in the middle.
To stop the audio, press the speaker again.
