The Concord Connect App mentioned on this page does not work with earlier Concords (model names ending in ...-A, ...-P, ...-V2 ...-V3). Those Concords use a different App, so please go here for setup help with those earlier systems.

Installing the Concord Connect App

Before you install the App
If you have already plugged in the system and finished the start-up wizard on the screen, click here.
If you are setting up the Concord system for the first time, plug in a screen, mouse, & power pack to the Concord, and connect the network cable from the Concord to your modem/router. Only QV8820/QV8822 units with wireless cameras can connect to your Wi-Fi without a cable. If you can't run a network cable to the Concord, get a Wi-Fi extender.
Click through the initial start wizard on the Concord's screen until you get to the last step with the QR codes. Leave this screen open whilst you download the Concord Connect App.
Installing the Concord Connect App
Scan the QR code in the Quick Start Guide, or on the side of the carton, or click the link below for your phone type (do not scan any of the QR codes on the Concord's screen):

Do not install Concord Security - it is not suitable for the V4 systems.
Creating an App account
Open the App, press Agree, and press Register.
Type your email, tick the box to the left of "Have read..." and and press Register.
Look for the email with subject Mail activate from Esee and get the 6-number code that was sent.
In the App, press "Got it" on the tutorial screen.
Touch and hold the tennis ball, and drag it to the red dot, then to the racquet, and let it go.
The Set password screen appears
Type the code from the email in the top box labelled "Enter verification code".
Type a password in the middle box labelled "Enter password"
Type the same password again in the bottom box labelled "Enter password again".
Press Confirm.
If the timer runs out, press Get Again to get a new code and do the tennis ball verification.
Press Allow to any notifications that pop up.

Add the Concord on your phone
On the App, press Add Camera, and press allow any permissions it asks for.
Press Scan to Add, press allow to any notifications that pop up.
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the right of the Concord's screen & scan the QR code.
In the App, type the password you set on the Concord system, and press Confirm.
Wait for the Concord to be added.
Name the Concord, give it a location, and press Next.
You are done!
If you need to access the Concord on any additional phones or devices, just install the App and log in with the same email & password. You will not need to scan the QR code with the App again.
If you have already finished the Concord start-up wizard
Install the App on your phone and create an account - see Installing the Concord Connect App above.
Once the App is open, press Add Camera, and allow any permission popups it makes.
Press Scan to Add, press allow to any notifications that pop up.
On the Concord's screen, right click the mouse, choose System Setup from the menu.
Type your password, and press Log in - if you saved it, just click Log in
Choose Account/APP from the bottom left.
The QR code screen appears - use your phone to scan the QR code on the left of Concord's screen.
Type the password you set on the Concord system itself, and press Confirm.
Wait for the Concord to be added.
Name the Concord, give it a location, and press Next.
You are done!
If you need to access the Concord on any additional phones or devices, just install the App and log in with the same email & password. You will not need to scan the QR code with the App again.
