Instructions for resetting a forgotten password:
Connect a mouse and screen to the Concord system and power it on
Right click the mouse anywhere on the screen to bring up the menu
Left-click System Setup
Click Log In on the password popup
The Wrong password popup appears
Click the mouse buttons left-right, left-right, left-right, until you have counted 13 clicks total
(You can click anywhere on the screen, just don't click the popup or the OK button - video below)
The Reset Password screen appears
Enter a new password in the New Password box
Repeat the password in the Confirm Password box
Click OK to save the password, click OK to exit, you can now log in with your new password.
Instructions for changing a password:
You know the password, but want to change it. Doing this can prevent users from remotely logging in to the system. If you do not know the existing password, follow the steps from the top of the page.
Connect a mouse and screen to the Concord system and power it on
Right click the mouse anywhere on the screen to bring up the menu
Left-click System Setup
Type the password and click OK on the password popup
Click Account / APP on the bottom left
Click Modify Password on the bottom of the page
The Modify Password page appears
Type the original password in the top box.
Type a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes
Click Save Changes to save the password
