How to download video from a V4 Concord Security system to my phone

Video is best downloaded from the NVR unit itself, to a USB stick, however you can also download video to the Concord Connect App on your phone.

How to download videos to your phone

Open the Concord Connect App, and press the Playback button.

Press the Playback button on the bottom right - if your phone pops up a permission request to access the phone storage, press Allow

Press the Download Playback Video button on the bottom

Choose the date you want from the top, select a day, and press Confirm

Select the clips you want, and press the Download button.

The clips will save to your phone

In the App, go back and click Live View

Now press the Albums button in the bottom row to see your clips. Tap them to play.

You can also find your files using the phone's File app (Android will save it under storage/emulated/0/Download/Concord Connect/downloads/).
