Check your network is connected
Right click the mouse, choose Network from the menu.
Type your password, and press Log in - if you saved it, just click Log in
If you do not know your password, you can reset it.
The Network Setup screen appears. It needs to say Healthy Network.
If it says Gateway unreachable, make sure a network cable is connected between the LAN ports on both the Concord box and your modem/router. You can try another network cable. You should see a blinking green light on the socket that you plugged the cable into.
If you can not run a network cable from your modem/router to the Concord system, get a Wi-Fi extender.
Wireless camera systems QV8820 QV8822 can connect via Wi-Fi to your modem/router instead of using the patch cable.
If the cable is connected, but the Concord does not say Healthy Network, restart your modem/router.
If it says DNS request failed, your modem/router has no internet connection or is not working correctly, try restarting it.
