Nextech Smartcam App will not install

Issue: You can not locate the Nextech Smartcam App in the Google Play store, or your phone may show the following message from the Google Play store: This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android. 

Cause: This happens because your Android phone has had O/S updates from Google to prevent older apps being used.

Your phone may warn you that the download is unsafe, you can over-ride this. You may have to enable "install from other sources" when prompted.
