Issue

Centauri Carbon printer TL4980 has ErrorCode : 103 The printhead didn't heat up as expected:

Cause

Inspect the USB cable leading to the top of the print head - if it is damaged, it will need replacement. 

If the cable is intact, it may not be seating correctly, and may go intermittent when heat-soaked. 

Fixes

If your USB cable is damaged, please contact your seller for a replacement (Cat No. 001767).

Reseating the cable mount, and trimming the plug may improve the fit of intact cables, as per the page below.
