Issue
Your printer has the below message:
Cause
The hot end throat cooling fan is abnormal.
This situation is usually caused by the motherboard providing output, but not being sent to the fan port. This error usually occurs when the side fan does not run.
Fix
We can check here whether it is running. As long as the hot end is heated, the fan will start running immediately.
Check if the wiring is loose or not plugged in.
We can turn off the machine and lift it up to open the head part,
The video below shows how to do this:
After removing the fan wiring, loosen the four screws on the left and right sides.
If you have disassembled too much, please check whether the multi-cable cable is loose, not properly plugged in, or damaged.
We can heat the hot end to 30℃, shake the wiring, and see if the fan runs intermittently. If so, the fan wiring is poorly connected and a new fan can be replaced.
We can remove the hot end, which will help us find more details.
