The Brass Monkey App keeps closing. The phone App is not working. The app will not find my fridge.

Uninstall the App, restart your phone, and reinstall the App. Make sure you allow any permissions it requests. 

You can get the phone App from your App store - search for Brass Monkey or click the links below.

How to pair the fridge with the Brass Monkey phone App:

1. Plug in and turn your nearby fridge on
2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone or Android phone (do not try to pair the fridge within the phone’s Bluetooth settings screen)
3. Open the Brass Monkey App, and wait for the fridge serial number to appear.
4. Press the discovered serial number in the App - the fridge should beep.
5. Press the Gear (Settings) button on the fridge to complete the connection.

The App can connect to one fridge at a time. If you have more than one fridge, install additional apps, such as Car Fridge Freezer / Rovin Fridge, and pair your other fridges with them.

Please note that not all fridges have Bluetooth - for example, the 74L GH2077 and GH2078, and GH2100 / GH2102 / GH2106 do not have Bluetooth. The specification on the website will mention Bluetooth if they have it.
