What is the difference between fridge tie down brackets GH2057 and GH2058?

GH2057 brackets screw on in place of the handles. Intended for semi-permanent mounting, as the handles must be removed to fit them. 

GH2058 fits in between the handle and the fridge. The handles remain attached to the fridge.
