Simply return your item in original condition - with all packaging, manuals, and accessories - and we’ll provide a refund or exchange. Exclusions apply for certain product categories*. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The store reserves the right to issue cash or large refunds via an alternative method in certain circumstances. Refunds cannot be offered via store credit or Gift Card. A sales tax invoice is required for all returns.
*Note: The following items are excluded from Change of Mind Returns: unsealed 3D printing consumables, books, batteries, freight charges, gift cards, health products, party lights & audio, activated security items, semiconductors, service aids & consumables, recordable media, tools, test equipment, step-down transformers, wearables, and products sold in cut lengths.
Our 30 Day Change of Mind Returns offer is in addition to Consumer Laws/Acts. These may vary slightly by state or country. This policy may be updated/changed or, at times, suspended as required by the Company.
