Buy online & collect in-store

Save time, enjoy super-fast collection for FREE at our dedicated Click and Collect stores when you pay online. Click and Collect gives you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order, without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, we'll hold your items for 14 days, so you can pick it up when convenient for you. We'll email you confirmation after your order is placed with your Click and Collect order number. When your order is available to collect you will receive a Ready to Collect email. Take your Ready to Collect email to your nominated store. To use our Click and Collect service, simply select this option during the checkout at the delivery stage and select your desired store.

Step 1: Select your preferred collection store

Select "Collection Store" and enter your postcode or suburb. The drop down list will find the closest stores to you.

Step 2: Add products to cart

Add products to cart and select "Pickup from Store" on the cart page. To collect your order outside of opening hours or simply skip the queue, you can choose to pickup from lockers at participating stores.

Step 3: Pay online

Checkout/login as a new or existing customer, or if you're just visiting we support that too. Once finished you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This is a copy of your order and means your order is currently being assembled. You will receive a separate notification once your order is ready to collect.

Step 4: Collect FREE in-store

We will then send you a Ready to Collect email. Now you can head on over to your nominated collection store and speak with our friendly staff.
