How the Netstar 4G GPS trackers work
- Netstar 4G GPS trackers provide vehicle tracking exclusively via an App (My Netstar Australia).
- They have a pre-configured Kore SIM installed that provides the 4G data connection for tracking.
- Install the App, register, scan a QR code on the tracker to activate, and then install in vehicle.
- The tracker gets its position from GPS, and sends the vehicle location to the App server via 4G.
- Track multiple vehicles in your App by simply scanning any new trackers into the same account.
- You get a three month free trial period for each tracker after you activate a tracker in the App.

Payment for 4G connection and tracking server
- A monthly subscription of $14.95inc GST per tracker covers 4G SIM and tracking after the trial.
- A payment link will be emailed to you at the end of the trial period, and Netstar will contact you.
- The recurring payment is taken from VISA, Mastercard, or Australian Bank Account direct debit.
- To cancel a tracker subscription, please email cancellations@netstaraus.com.au

Can I use the Nextech trackers in the Netstar App, or vice-versa?
These two tracking systems are not related to each other, and their trackers can not be viewed or managed in each-other's Apps. It is not possible to combine / group trackers from different tracking systems.

Netstar tracker has stopped working after three months?
You need to pay a monthly subscription of $14.95inc per tracker to use it after the trial period.
Netstar will have emailed you a payment link prior to the expiry of the trial period.
Call 1300 728 882 Australia-wide to request a new payment link.
