How do I record video in the Concord Security app? How do I playback and record saved video from my Concord system in the app? (V1 to V3 systems)

This article is for systems whose model names end in ...-A, ...-P, ...-V2, or ...-V3 only. You will find the model name on the white sticker on the lid of your system - it looks like CNKxxxxx-V2. Owners of V4 systems, please click here.

Recording live video from your Concord system's cameras 

1. Open the Concord Security app
2. Wait for your system to load, and press the camera you want to record
   
3. Press the film camera icon in the bottom row
   
4. When you want to stop, press the film camera icon again
5. To see the video, press the three-bars on the top left
   
6. Now press File List
   
7. You can use the icons on the bottom to save, share or delete the video

Viewing saved video from your Concord system, and copying it to your phone

1. Open the Concord Security app
2. Wait for your system to load, and press the film strip to the right
3. Choose the camera, and use the scroll bar on the bottom to select the time window
4. You can tap the date to change the day being viewed - days with video will have red dots.
5. Press the film camera icon in the bottom row to start saving the video
   
6. When you want to stop, press the film camera icon again
7. To see the video, press the three-bars on the top left
   
8. Now press File List
   
9. You can use the icons on the bottom to save, share or delete the video
