I need to cancel my order

Click and Collect / Click and Despatch orders: please contact the store you chose, and give them your order number from the confirmation email.

Online delivery orders shipping from warehouse: if you contact us within 10 minutes of placing the order, we may be able to cancel it. The automated warehouse picking process does not allow for cancellation after this time frame, sorry.
