In-store purchases at the counter
Please contact the store directly with the details of your purchase (date, amount) if you purchased without giving your online account details. If you provided your account details to the store team, the order will appear in your account - see below on how to download it.
Online orders - Click and Collect - Click and Despatch
Once you have collected your order, or the warehouse or store has dispatched your order in full, the order confirmation / invoice will emailed to your email address.
You can log in to your account on the website using a desktop browser to get copies of invoices.
Click the person icon on the top-right, and enter your email & password.
Then go to Order History
Now press View Order.
Click the View Invoice button to download a PDF copy of the invoice.
You can also request the GST / tax invoice for completed orders by contacting us.
Note that orders with products on backorder will only generate an invoice when all the products have been shipped or collected.
If your online order was shipped by a store, or collected in a store, the invoice will normally be available to download from your Order History the next day after the order was shipped or collected.
