I need a copy of my invoice. I lost my receipt from an in store purchase. Can I be emailed an invoice?

In-store purchases: please contact the store directly with the details of your purchase (date, amount).

Online orders - Click and Collect - Click and Despatch: Once you have collected your order, or the warehouse or store has dispatched your order in full, the invoice will emailed to your email address. You can also request the GST / tax invoice for completed orders by contacting us.

Note that orders with products on backorder will only generate an invoice when all the products have been shipped or collected.
