On the product page, click the store name to the right of the pictures:
Type your location, and select the closest town from the list, or press the locate icon
The stock levels at the stores are indicated via the traffic lights - green (in stock) or red (no stock)
Tick the box if you want to narrow down only stores that have stock, useful for clearance products.
Clicking the Store Name in this list above will take you to the opening hours, phone number and map.
Stock transfers
Products that are In Stock can be transferred between stores in the same state. Contact the store you wish to collect from to request this, and they can advise you of the freight charges applicable.
Clearance and discontinued products
Where a product says Clearance, In-Store Only or Selected Stores Only, the product has been discontinued, marked-down to clear, and is only available for pickup in person or for delivery to addresses within 20km of the store.
Some stores may still have limited stock available - tick the Only show stores with stock box to find which stores have stock left.
Discontinued products can also be flagged as Special Order to identify products that can only be collected in person or shipped to addresses within 10km of the store.
It is recommended to call the store for these kinds of products to verify the stock is on hand before you go to collect. Discontinued products are not able to be transferred between stores, sorry.
Jaycar Resellers
Only stores owned by Jaycar can be selected in Your Store for online ordering and stock status. Regional areas are normally served by resellers, and as they are independent businesses, you will need to contact them by phone or visit them in person.
