Where do you ship to? Can you ship to my country?

Orders placed via the Jaycar.com.au website can only ship to delivery addresses in Australia.

New Zealand customers

Please visit jaycar.co.nz. Delivery to NZ customers is done from our NZ warehouse and stores.

Minimum order value

Due to the extra complexity of handling overseas shipping requests, we can only ship orders to countries outside Australia if they total AUD $100 ex-GST ($110 inc-GST as displayed in your Cart) or more, excluding freight costs. Orders below this value can't be accepted, sorry. 

Products that can not ship outside Australia

Bulky items such as fridges, and batteries, aerosols, fluids, dangerous goods, & products with batteries included, can not be shipped outside Australia by Australia Post. See here for details.

Shipping methods

International shipping is available to countries serviced by Australia Post. You can also use your own courier to arrange collection from our Eastern Creek NSW warehouse.

Shipping costs

International shipping costs start from a minimum of AUD $30. Postage costs can be estimated here - click the Overseas tab, and use 2766 for the "From" postcode. Products are dispatched from Australia, so please check if customs fees & import taxes are charged on arrival in your country before you contact us.

Payment methods

Payment for international orders can only be made by Paypal or bank transfer.

How to order

Please submit a request online for international orders, and give us the catalogue numbers or a shopping cart screenshot of the products you wish to order, along with your full delivery address.
