Using a DIY modem will require you to know how to configure this kind of equipment. If you are not familiar with doing this, please get your modem from your ISP, as they can to provide you with phone support for setup if needed. Jaycar is not able to provide support for configuring a modem to suit your ISP.

If you want to use a landline phone connected to a modem on a NBN plan, and do not know how to configure VOIP, you will need to get your modem from your ISP.
