Owning a 3D printer is a bit like owning a race car - you'll need to do some maintenance, and occasionally fix things when they go wrong.
Anycubic have an excellent collection of support resources to assist you in replacing parts yourself.
Most Jaycar stores can offer guidance and insight into the repair and maintenance requirements for your printer. Stores are unable to inspect or work on used resin printers in-store due to safety requirements, sorry.
Note that some components such as FEP films are consumable, and are expected to be replaced by the owner when worn out. Refer to the Anycubic warranty page for component warranty periods.
