Most Jaycar stores can offer assistance in person with diagnosis and troubleshooting for printers sold by Jaycar - along with providing guidance and insight into the repair and maintenance requirements for your printer.

Note that some components such as build plates, nozzles, heaters and thermistors are consumable, and are expected to be replaced by the owner when worn out. Print ends and extruders have a 3 month warranty, heated beds have a 6-month warranty, and the printer base structure has a 12 month warranty.
