Digital rewards, such as eCoupons, are rewards that sit on a computer virtually rather than a reward physically produced like a plastic gift card. The digital rewards, eCoupons, sit on your account profile which was created when you registered for membership. When you identify yourself in-store, online or over the phone, the sales team will be able to see if you have an eCoupon reward and give you the option to use it on the spot. This means you don't have to remember to physically carry your reward with you in order to use it.
